Express Shipping

Orders are shipped from a European country using an express postal service. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can check on the Correos website. If the product you selected cannot be shipped from Europe, we will contact you to inform you of the change in shipping method and will refund the difference between the shipping cost you paid and the new cost.

Since your order is shipped from Europe, delivery times will be faster and you’ll avoid having to submit any requested documentation and customs fees.

Normal Shipping

Our orders are shipped from outside Europe using standard postal services. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can check on the Correos website after a few days.

As this is a shipment from outside Europe, your order may be held by customs upon entering Spain, and you may be required to present the requested documentation and pay customs fees. These fees are imposed by your country’s government and we cannot reduce or reimburse them.

If you don’t receive your tracking number automatically after we’ve shipped your order, please contact us so we can provide it to you. You can check the delivery status of your order at any time and prevent it from being returned.

If the courier company delivering your order cannot deliver it due to your absence, the shipment will remain at the post office nearest to your home for 10 days until it can be picked up. If you do not pick up your order within this timeframe, your shipment will be returned, and you will have to pay the shipping costs again before we can reship your order.

Returns and cancellations

Please note that we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. About Shipping and Returns If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our team and let them know of your decision. If you contact us after 24 hours, the cancellation cannot be processed as the order will have already been shipped, and we cannot cancel the process as the order is in the hands of the courier company.

We recommend that you carefully review your request information before processing it. Any errors may result in non-delivery. If, after processing your order, you notice that the address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.s. In compliance with industry standards, Ge24h.com does not accept any returns on generic medications. If you have received an incomplete order or are not satisfied with the product and would like a refund, please email our department and we will process your inquiry as quickly as possible.

If you have received a product that is not what you ordered, please send us a photo of the products you received along with the envelope you received so we can conduct the appropriate checks.
