Do I need a prescription to place my order?

Is it possible to change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address before your order has shipped, you must submit a ticket and inform our shipping department. Be sure to include your order number, name, and new address (PO Boxes are not accepted). If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about it. It’s not possible to change your shipping address at this point.

What is the difference between a trade name and a generic name?

Not much, really—just the name and the price. Given that generic drug manufacturers don’t need to duplicate the medical studies that prove the effectiveness and results of the chemical component, they can produce generic versions at a lower cost.
